D’Naijah Williams, Master of Social Work Intern

My name is D’Naijah Williams, and I am a Social Work Intern at Path to Renewal Therapy Services. I currently hold a Bachelor's of Arts with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology from University of Hartford. I am currently working on obtaining my master's in social work from University of Saint Joseph. I specialize in supporting women who are tired of being told what to do yet seeking guidance from others, men experiencing trauma, and individuals navigating new experiences. 

My approach is a combination of strength-based practices and CBT skills using what someone sees as strength to themselves to help guide them through their challenges. Overall, I love to help people find what works for them as an individual. As I have worked within the field of social services I have been guided by the practice of meeting people where they are.
